Custom Order Agreement
Thank you for your interest in a custom macramé piece! Before we get started, please read and agree to the terms below:
Design + Process:
-Each custom piece is handmade by me based on your selected options and notes.
-I will do my best to match your vision, this will be done via email communication. Once you have approved the draft I will begin work. Natural variation may occur due to materials and artistic style. Final draft will be approved prior to final invoice being sent.
Timeline:
-Current turn around time is approximately 2-4 weeks from the date the deposit is paid and the design is confirmed.
-Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Down Payment (non-refundable):
-A deposit is required to secure your custom order.
-this deposit is non-refundable as it covers materials and time spent preparing your order.
Final Payment:
-Once your piece is complete I'll send you photos for approval. Once approved, an invoice will be sent for the remaining balance.
-The final payment must be made within 7 days before shipping.
Cancellations & Changes:
-Cancellations must be made before work starts on your piece. Deposit is non-refundable.
-Changes must be made prior to final approval of your piece.
Shipping:
-Shipping is calculated separately and will be included in the final invoice unless otherwise stated.
Returns:
-Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You may send your piece back at your expense, however, no refunds will be issued.
