Processing Time

All of my macrame pieces are handmade with care, just for you! Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Custom order timelines will be addressed within our custom order contract.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. I currently ship within U.S. only.

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep!

Local Pickup

Local to the Cedar Rapids/Marion area? I offer free local pickup—just choose that option at checkout, and I’ll email you to coordinate a pickup time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves my studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If a package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact me at kayandrosedesigns@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to help.
